Dare2Move: One Step

One Vision. One Church. Two Locations.

Appleton Alliance Church is launching a new location in Hortonville at the Hortonville Opera House.

We want to keep reaching thousands of people in the Fox Cities, but don't want to build a bigger sanctuary in Appleton. Instead, we will launch a new community congregation in Hortonville. It will start with a Sunday-only live worship service with full Discovery Land, live worship, and live preaching most of the year.

FAQs

What is it called?

Hortonville Alliance Church

When will it launch?

This Fall 2020 on Sunday mornings only.

Where will it be?

The Hortonville Opera House in downtown Hortonville.

Who is leading it?

Pastor Brian Episcopo will be the Campus Pastor.

Why are we doing multi-siting?

There are several reasons, but the most important is to help people to connect with God and one another in different ways and places.

Why are we doing multi-siting in Hortonville?

One of our fastest growing communities in Northeast Wisconsin is Hortonville. Additionally, the community leaders have been very inviting and our launch will be a compliment to future plans for the community.

Do we own the facility?

No. We will be renting it on Sundays only.

What ministries will be offered?

At the beginning, Hortonville Alliance Church will be a Sunday-only ministry with two worship services. Both services will have a full Discovery Land ministry for children 0-6th grade, live worship music, and live preaching Sundays in the year. Midweek ministries for kids, youth, and adults will be available at Appleton Alliance Church.

Is it a separate church?

No. AAC is one church with two locations: Appleton Alliance Church and Hortonville Alliance Church.

Can I attend or serve if I don't live in Hortonville?

Yes. You can attend any location regardless of what part of the Fox Cities you live in.

How can I help?

Help in any one of the following ways: PRAY: Pray for the Alliance families in Hortonville to have the boldness and courage to love and share Christ with people who do not know Him. INVITE: Invite people who do not have a church home to consider Hortonville Alliance Church on Sundays this Fall. GO: Attend and serve in Hortonville

If I want to go and help launch Hortonville Alliance Church, where can I serve?

You can join the Core Team for Hortonville Alliance Church. That includes ministry areas like Discovery Land (children's ministry), Guest Services, Creative Team (production and worship), or Operations.

What are service times?

This will be decided sometime in the summer.
