Welcome to AAC Global Connections!
Global Connections is not a program here at AAC, it is the “end game.” As His people, we have the privilege to participate in the mission of God’s Church to bring His love to the whole world – starting here in Appleton and going to the ends of the earth.
A natural place to become part of our Global Connections team is to pray. Our international team of workers consistently tells us how much more effective they are with the backing of prayer. They need us standing with them! Sign up at the bottom of this page to receive prayer guides from our missionaries or our sister church teams. Sign up for our newsletter to get more information.
Are you interested in participating in AAC’s global work? The Global Connections Fund supports the ministry of eleven global worker families, seven of which serve with the Alliance. International workers (missionaries) are not able to go overseas unless churches send them; that takes a church family that is committed to financially back them. A portion also goes towards projects related to our sister church partnerships. To give to missions, simply designate your gifts on Sunday for Global Connections in your offering envelope or through online giving.
Do you want to see God at work in the world first hand? Don’t miss the life changing opportunity to go on an AAC Global Connections short-term trip. We send teams to establish and maintain mutually beneficial Sister Church Partnerships on every continent. We also work with our AAC international workers at their request to strategically participate in their ministries around the world. Sign up for our newsletter to get more information.
Sister Church Partnerships
There is so much we can learn from church families around the world. A dream of Global Connections at AAC is to have a sister-church relationship on every continent, to partner together and to learn from one another in a shared vision of reaching our countries and the world with hope in Christ. We currently have two established relationships and are actively working to develop new connections in Asia, Europe, and beyond.
SOUTH AMERICA: LIMA, PERU
Cono Norte Callao Alliance Church (CNC)
Lead Pastor: Rev. Antonio Rojas
Since 2007, AAC has had the privilege of partnering with the ministries of CNC. We’ve established a Discovery Land children’s ministry at CNC, provided medical clinics through Mighty Hearts, and shared the hope of Jesus through ministry teams designed to participate in what God is doing through our sister church. The vision of CNC has been on restoring families through a series of ministries and working to help the poor, especially young children in their communities.
AFRICA: OUAGADOUGOU, BURKINA FASO
Central Alliance Church (CAC)
Lead Pastor: Rev. Job Dao
Since 2010, AAC has partnered with the CAC in what God is doing in one of the world’s most impoverished countries. AAC works with our own Alliance global workers to take the gospel to the Como region and fund wells for clean physical water, bringing the message of hope. In 2014 AAC and Discovery Land helped bring Awana to the Burkina Alliance Church, with the goal of reaching 1 million kids with the gospel of Christ.
