Suzan Myhre, MSSW, LCSW, LPC, was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI. Her parents instilled in her a warm sense of family and the desire to help others strengthen their relationships. She attended UW-Madison where she received both her Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Social Work. She counseled and supported individuals and families struggling through life changes, in the hospital setting and in Hospice early in her career. While raising their children, she worked at an outpatient mental health clinic counseling individuals, couples, adolescents, and families.

She specializes in treating depression, anxiety, grief, couples, adolescents, and those transitioning with aged parents. She has trained in Pragmatic Experiential Therapy for Couples, and has led grief groups, children of divorce groups, parenting groups, and successful couples education groups. She has been married to her husband Chris for over 25 years and have three adult children. In her free time she enjoys spending time exploring the outdoors, with family and friends and in the kitchen cooking. She is active in women’s ministries and has been a speaker at local and national events. She would enjoy the opportunity to meet with you about any of your concerns.
