IN-PERSON SERVICE UPDATE
Please watch the latest update from Dr. Dennis Episcopo and review the revised 10-point plan. NOTICE: To comply with Governor Ever's WI mask mandate, we ask that you please wear a face-covering while attending an in-person service.
THE 10-POINT PLAN:
Last updated: September 24, 2020
1. In-person Worship Services
Join us for an in-person worship service on Sundays at 8:00 or 10:00 a.m.
2. Please Register
Registration is free and opens one week prior. Please register each week you plan to attend at appletonalliance.org/register.
3. SMC Service Safety
We are implementing additional precautionary measures in the Student Ministries Center at both service times. Masks are required and there will be no congregational singing. This is a great option for our senior adults, those with a medical condition, or those who are wishing to be on the more cautious side at this time. To attend, select seats in the Student Ministry Center at registration.
4. Making Room
We will limit attendance to 50% capacity at each service.
To comply with Governor Ever's WI mask mandate, please wear a face-covering while attending an in-person service. If you do not have one, face masks will be available at the Welcome Desk.
6. "Touchless" Service
Bulletin updates can be found online only. We will provide collection boxes for the offering at the back of the Worship Center and will celebrate communion using pre-packaged elements.
No coffee; hand sanitizer stations and wipes available.
8. Cleaning Between Services
There will be additional time between services to allow for cleaning.
There will be no congregational singing at services in the Student Ministries Center.
10. Kids are welcome!
Discovery Land reopens Oct. 4. During Phase One, Discovery Land is available in-person for kids in preschool-6th grade. You'll need to reserve your children a seat in their classroom when registering for service. For all the details about attending in-person or online visit appletonalliance.org/dlreopening.
This 10-point plan refers to Sunday service only. Ministry-specific reopening and events will be communicated to you as they develop. We will make every effort to ensure that you have the information you need to safely return to Appleton Alliance Church.
ATTEND AN ON-SITE WORSHIP SERVICE
On-site service times are 8:00 and 10:00 a.m.
We can't wait to welcome you to a Sunday Worship Service at AAC. Please review the current steps for registering and attending. For all changes and precautions, view the 10-point reopening plan.
Reserve your seat.
To help create an environment that allows for adequate social distancing, you will need to reserve a seat for a specific service time. Through this process, you can also register children for Discovery Land. Registration is free and opens one week prior.
NOTES: Seats are automatically blocked to account for social distancing.
Arrive a few minutes early.
On Sunday morning, please arrive at AAC a few minutes before your scheduled service to allow time to find your reserved seat. Click here for Discovery Land check-in and drop-off instructions.
NOTE: We know you're excited to see one another, us too! Please keep socializing outdoors while respecting distancing guidelines.
Find your seat and enjoy!
After you've arrived, please head directly to your reserved seat. Volunteers will be ready to welcome you and provide assistance. Enjoy the service as we worship together!
NOTE: Your seat number can be found at the bottom of your ticket confirmation email.
