THE 10-POINT PLAN:
Last updated: June 29, 2020
1. In-person Worship Services
Join us for an in-person worship service on Sundays at 8:00, 9:30, and 11:00.
2. Please Register
Registration is free and opens one week prior. Please register each week you plan to attend at appletonalliance.org/register.
3. 8:00 a.m. Service Safety
We are implementing additional precautionary measures during the 8:00 a.m. service. Masks are required and there will be no congregational singing. This is a great option for our senior adults, those with a medical condition, or those who are wishing to be on the more cautious side at this time.
4. Making Room
We will limit attendance to 50% capacity at each of the three services.
All staff and volunteers will be required to wear masks when not on the platform. Attendees of the 8:00 a.m. service will be required to wear a mask. Masks are optional at the 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. services. If you do not have a mask but would like one, there will be some available at the Welcome Desk.
6. "Touchless" Service
Bulletin updates can be found online only. We will provide collection boxes for the offering at the back of the Worship Center and will celebrate communion using pre-packaged elements.
No coffee; hand sanitizer stations and wipes available.
8. Shortened Service
Service will be 45 minutes long. This allows for increased cleaning throughout all public areas.
9. Limited Singing
There will be only one congregational song at the end of service.
10. No Discovery Land
We will not have in-person Discovery Land. Children are welcome in service (please be respectful) and DL at Home will continue online.
This 10-point plan refers to Sunday service only. Ministry-specific reopening and events will be communicated to you as they develop. We will make every effort to ensure that you have the information you need to safely return to Appleton Alliance Church.
ATTEND AN ON-SITE WORSHIP SERVICE
On-site service times are 8:00, 9:30, 11:00 a.m.
We can't wait to welcome you to a Sunday Worship Service at AAC. Please review the current steps for registering and attending. For all changes and precautions, view the 10-point reopening plan.
Reserve your seat.
To help create an environment that allows for adequate social distancing, you will need to reserve a seat for a specific service time. Registration is free and opens one week prior.
NOTES: Seats are automatically blocked to account for social distancing.
Arrive a few minutes early.
On Sunday morning, please arrive at AAC a few minutes before your scheduled service to allow time to find your reserved seat.
NOTE: We know you're excited to see one another, us too! Please keep socializing outdoors while respecting distancing guidelines.
Find your seat and enjoy!
After you've arrived, please head directly to your reserved seat. Volunteers will be ready to welcome you and provide assistance. Enjoy the service as we worship together!
NOTE: Your seat number can be found at the bottom of your ticket confirmation email.
