This class is designed for older adults that will lead you through a complete series of seated and standing exercises.  Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of exercises that are specifically designed to improve STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, BALANCE, & RANGE OF MOTION along with LOW-IMPACT  AEROBIC movement.  This class is suitable for any fitness level and modifications will be offered.
