Women’s Fitness Classes

Attending a Womens Fitness Class is a great way to get to know others at Appleton Alliance and a great way to stay in shape!

Purchase a punch card for $10 when you attend your first class and use it for any of the Women's Fitness Classes.  Punch cards are valid for 15 class sessions and do not expire.

Women’s Monday Night Fitness

October 4-April 18
6:00-7:00 p.m.

Get energized and start your week off with an all over body workout with cardio, floor work, and lots of fun! All fitness levels welcome. Bring a water bottle and get ready to improve your overall fitness.

Women’s Wednesday Pilates Class

Round out your fitness regime by working on your flexibility and strength with this challenging yet doable beginner to intermediate Pilate’s class. You will leave feeling refreshed and yet confident you had a great workout.

Women’s Thursday Circuits

October 7-April 21
8:30-9:15 a.m.

This class will be an intense circuit training with weights and cardio blasts. You will burn a ton a calories during and long after class is done. Come if you are interested in improving your fitness level or just want to be challenged.
