Please read before registering!

Before you register, please discuss arrangements with the occupants of your suite. You will need to know the names of each of your suitemates and the total number of occupants in the room before you register.

It is suggested that each woman register separately. Only when each individual in your room has registered and paid will your registration be complete and your desired room reserved.

What My Registration Cost Includes

• All weekend activities, except the optional craft session and luncheon discussion.
• Saturday and Sunday breakfast buffet
• Saturday evening dinner

Registration and Payment Procedure

• When you register you MUST list the names of ALL the women in your suite.
• The number of names listed in the room must match the total number of occupants selected on the registration form.
• Payment must be made at the time of registration. You may register online with a credit card, debit card or automatic withdrawal from your checking account. You may also register at the church office Monday-Friday during office hours or on Sundays at the Information Center located in the church narthex.
• The first person to register in your room will receive e-mail notification when all the occupants of the suite have registered and your registration is complete. ONLY AT THAT TIME WILL YOUR ROOM BE RESERVED.
• Separate registrations are required for EACH suitemate.

Important Registration Information

• Every attempt will be made to honor your specific suite request. Suite assignments will be made on a first come, first served basis once your room reservation is complete. Please register early to avoid disappointment.
• No discounts will be applied for adding another person(s) to your room after the initial registration. Additional person(s) will be charged the same rate as the original number of occupants declared.
• If you are receiving financial assistance, please follow the registration instructions you received with your scholarship approval notification.
• We are unable to accommodate infants or young women who are still in high school.
• The purpose of Appleton Alliance Women's Retreat is to provide women with an opportunity to grow closer to Jesus Christ and each other. Solicitation of any business opportunities at this event is inappropriate and will not be allowed.

The registration deadline is January 27, 2012 at noon. Cancellations before that date will receive a refund by check. Cancellations after January 27, 2012 are transferable only. No refunds can be given after that date. Notify Bonnie Costello at (920) 739-0884 or email her with any cancellations.

New This Year! Dinner Choices

You will be asked to choose a meal option for Saturday night dinner when you register. Your choices are:

• Southern Pecan Crusted Chicken
• Sauteed Salmon  (gluten-free option)
• Pasta Primavera  (vegetarian option)

All selections will be final. You will not be able to change your meal preference once you register. If you are registering others than yourself, please be aware of their dinner choice before registering.

Guest Room
Wet bar with refrigerator and microwave; king size bed, and one bathroom. Sleeps 2.

One Bedroom Suite
Fully equipped kitchenette; dining area; living room with gas fireplace and pullout sofa sleeper. One bedroom with one queen bed. One bathroom. Sleeps 4.

Two Bedroom Suite
Fully equipped kitchenette; dining area; living room with gas fireplace and pullout sofa sleeper. Two bedrooms each with one queen bed. Two bathrooms. Sleeps 6.

Three Bedroom Suite - SOLD OUT
Fully equipped kitchenette; dining area; living room with gas fireplace and pullout sofa sleeper. Three bedrooms each with one queen bed. Two bathrooms. Sleeps 8.

Three Bedroom Deluxe Suite - SOLD OUT
Fully equipped kitchenette; dining area; living room with gas fireplace, pullout sofa sleeper, and private balcony. Three bedrooms each with one queen or king bed. Two bathrooms, with one whirlpool tub. Sleeps 8.
