Our Pastoral Care philosophy at Appleton Alliance Church has always been that people will find healing and encouragement for life through other believers in the Body of Christ. We need to be connected to “one another.” As the Apostle Paul put it, “Carry each others burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the Law of Christ” (Galatians 6:2).
In order to follow that command, we encourage everyone to join a Mini-Church or Small Group, which will be the primary place to find support and healing for problems and care for everyday life issues. If there is need for more concentrated help, we offer a variety of support groups for both men and women. If individual help is required, we offer a limited amount of professional counseling, as well as referrals to various Christian counseling ministries in the Fox Valley.
Remember, Jesus works! When someone truly surrenders their heart to Christ and opens their life to the healing power of the Holy Spirit through the Body of Christ, incredible things take place, and God will provide the encouragement and hope you will need for a bright future (Jeremiah 29:11).

Counseling
The mission of the AAC counseling ministry is to prayerfully evaluate, educate, equip, and encourage persons to experience healing and gain victory in their lives. Counseling at AAC is Christ-centered and built on the life-changing truths of God’s Word. The dignity of each person is respected and personal concerns are regarded with care. Individual, marriage, and family counseling appointments can be scheduled through the church office by calling 920-968-0700.
Counseling Fees
Counseling fees will be discussed with you when you make your first appointment. Due to limited session availability, failure to appear as scheduled for an appointment, or any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged 50% of the original fee. Checks can be made payable to Appleton Alliance Church.
